OK, it booted and I didn't see anything unusual. But it is hard to tell because I reboot it so seldom.

This is an option when installing an Ubuntu server. Although I did have something weird happen which trashed my server.The problem is that if you try to rescue the server from a desktop Ubuntu disk, it can't mount the volume. This link tells you how:
